Wash your hands. Apply lukewarm water to your face before applying cleanser. Take a small amount on your palms with water to create the foam. Then leave the foaming cleanser on the face for 30 seconds (without scrubbing), before rinsing off and pat dry. *Resist the temptation to scrub your skin because scrubbing irritates the skin.*
